SUNDRE – Members of a new 4-H club recently took lodge residents in Sundre for a stroll down memory lane.
The Cowboy Trail 4-H Multi Club, which is new in the Sundre area, paraded on Thursday, May 8 their lamb projects at the Sundre Seniors’ Supportive Living facility.
Nine members brought 12 ewe and wether lambs for the residents to pet.
Many of the residents shared stories of their own past experiences in 4-H and really enjoyed interacting with the 4-H members.
The Cowboy Trail 4-H Multi Club, which officially formed in 2024, showed their projects on Saturday, May 17 at the Sundre Rodeo Grounds and sold their market lambs and steers the following day on May 18 at the same location. There was lemonade, desserts and coffee offered.
